I've been with Helotes location for around 10 yrs. They have always had the nicest,friendliest staff. Extremely helpful, and their latest manager Ray, is a genuine very nice guy and very willing to help you. I highly recommend them as your Helotes bank! Now on July 3rd of 2026 i had a problem with my broadway app on my phone and needed assistance so i visited the Helotes branch and the banks manager Ray, went above and beyond helping me with getting it back on track! Horrible bank Brenda had horrible and nasty customer service at the drive thru and the service was horrible today I always have problems getting my money out and atm always keeps my money I’m going to be taking out my money and never ever coming to this bank ever again!!!!!!!!
