about to fire them! Today was the last of so many issues its crazy. I even gave the huge opportunities to fix. They have 8 accounts of mine between estate and business. Also a LOC. NO is the answer to most questions. Been with them for 45 years. Since 2008 it has been a disaster. Today Melissa interrogated an employee when I asked to only help her. Outstanding staff and service!
Immediately put me on hold, then proceeded to hang up without letting me talk to anybody or wait longer. Lost my business.
My first time going into the bank I was impressed, it's very big and beautiful inside. People call it the dinosaur branch because it's the oldest one in San Antonio. No lines at 2:00 pm. Overall a good experience except when the teller snapped at me for recording a video to share with Google. When I explained that it was for Google she told me it didn't matter and I needed to delete it.
