Chose this branch as our local bank because of its excellent personal service. They listen to and care about us and our needs.
Odd experience. Never has it taken 15 minutes to cash a personal check at any other branch. Not very hospitable and it is typically standard for tellers to count the cash back to you before putting it in envelope. Dude just handed me envelope so I stoop there and counted it for him. lol won't be back to this branch.
