Checking account customer for over 10+ years. Broadway Bank sucks. Just went through allllllllll the online account creation crap adding a savings account for it not to work at the very end. Next, sat through a 20-minute call with their “Customer Service” only to be told at the end that we would need to physically come in to finish the addition of a savings account because he couldn’t get it to finish. Our organization was a member for over 15 years but had to move banks. Destiny made so many mistakes with our account that Mel had to take over. They are both horrible at customer service, returning calls, or even pronouncing your name right. Look at my name, it’s not hard! If you want a great customer service bank, go next door to 1st United Bank. They are awesome!
Horrible customer service at this bank. Never greeted me by name despite interacting with the same person over 5 times. Customer for over 15 years , closed the account due to terrible customer service, incorrect filing and filling out of required paperwork, through list is long. Refuse to support and sponsor local schools. Stay away from broadway
