"I’ve been a customer here for a while, but honestly, I’m not a fan of how they operate. If you’re looking for a bank that stays 'with the times,' this might not be it. First, the lobby hours are very inconvenient for anyone with a normal work schedule, and the mobile app seems to go down or have issues way too often. Beyond that, I find their policies on your own money to be a major headache.
