I have banked with Broadway Bank, the service is excellent, the customer service is #1, I will not go anywhere else, they take good care of me and my banking needs, I have been with them for a few years, very excellent in all they do.
CORRUPT BANK. DO NOT BANK HERE. 4 years ago I signed up for an account at this location. The woman who signed me up, briefly described things for me to sign, leaving out the most important details. She asked me if I wanted to sign up for “Safe Banking.” I was 23 and of course I wanted a safe account, so I said yes and she had me sign and quickly moved on to the next thing. AdventoTrevino was very helpful with my early CD redemption. I had called 3 weeks in advance to understand the penalty fees associated with the early withdrawal. When I was ready to close out the CD, I personally asked for him to assist, and he was very through and made sure that the final penalty fee was accurate.
