Had a criminal case with an individual that cheated me and my husband out of almost $4000 that Corey did win for us giving us restitution payments. Over 10 years we have barely collected $1000 from this individual to date. One excuse after another on why they cannot stop the break ins to our home. After five criminal trespass, burglary and theft charges which have all been dropped. I asked for an order of protection to make the parents of a minor liable for her offenses...so why didn't someone suggest an order of protection after the first or second breakin.
