Provide fantastic care and support. Unfortunately let down with communication. Had to ring 3 times.
Severerly understaffed, the place is neglected and so are the residents.. they sit in soiled nappies for days on end, killing their dignity. Send ya loved ones elsewhere they deserve better than this for profit cash cow instutution.
