I’ve had a really terrible experience with Hannah and this company. Hannah told me the claim would be settled and then backtracked significantly when she realised another insurance company could pay for the damage. I’be been left in a very moral and professionally compromised situation but Hannah and this company seem ok with that. My experience with this company and Hannah would not lead me to recommend them.
Mr. Matthew Lambert, the claims examiner specialist, has been very helpful and patient in processing the paperwork for the claims. He also answered all my questions and concerns regarding the case. Mr. Lambert utilized his expertise and helped problem solving outside of box. In addition, he mentioned the various departments and services that Broadspire does.
