Cheap, clean, warm and well located... With tea and coffee in the room. Very pleasant.
Stopped in room 4. Its a lovely little room. Nice and clean, everything that a single lodger would need. Nice little touches like the TV is on a movable bracket so you can watch TV whilst in the shower. I have stopped here previously and recieved once again a pleasent welcome when I bumped into the owner. I would highly recommend! Thank you.....

I booked a room at the Broadmead for the night (8th - 9th oct) for me and my friend as we were seeing Wheatus so needed to stay somewhere for the night. I asked for a room on ground floor as my friend has medical issues so isnt able to do stairs so the lovely susie booked us into room 8 which was a decent size. The single beds looked very comfortable and WERE so so comfortable, I didnt want to get out of my bed this morning haha The bathroom was very clean and spotless The whole room itself was very clean and very comfortabl... read more
~ Lovely welcome from Ellie who explained hotel in under review ownership|Negatives~ Room was very tired, no Wi-Fi, no fan ( a hot night) |Positives~ very comfortable bed |Linen smelled fresh,. kettle, Lots of various condiments for a hot drink inc a biscuit. Fridge~ would have been nice to have bottled water though, especially as no breakfast was available on site. On site parking available. Adequate for one night.
