I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a review at first but I think it’s important that people are able to find the care they need. As someone who is non-binary and radical I did not find that the care here met my needs. Although it was not a good fit for me, I’m sure it would be a good fit for cis gendered people. It’s so hard to get a therapist. I have tried since April 2023 appointment it’s now December what I received was an intake in October 2023 and filled a patient portal. I’m disappointed. So i have moved on.

I really needed to speak with someone. When I contacted broadhollow psychotherapy to schedule an appointment, I first had to submit all of the forms and copies of my insurance card before they would make an appointment. During the texts back and forth, I was told that they do take my insurance. When I let them know that my forms were complete, they told me that someone would contact me the following Monday. If I could give them zero stars I would. Its amazing how these so called therapist that need to help people refuse to reach out to new clients. I originally signed up because the website said marriage counseling as well. After filling all my paperwork out and sending it in, I was notified we don't have marriage counseling available. I was pretty annoyed with that fact. On top of it trying to book an appointment is a joke. No one gets back to you or contacts you.
