I have been going to Broadhollow in this location for a very long time. I never have to wait, my therapist is on time for our appointments. If I see another therapist come in or out, they have always smiled and spoken a few words. This is the most professional and friendly Dr's. Office [all types] I have ever been to!
I didn’t feel comfortable leaving a review at first but I think it’s important that people are able to find the care they need. As someone who is non-binary and radical I did not find that the care here met my needs. Although it was not a good fit for me, I’m sure it would be a good fit for cis gendered people. It’s so hard to get a therapist. I have tried since April 2023 appointment it’s now December what I received was an intake in October 2023 and filled a patient portal. I’m disappointed. So i have moved on.
I really needed to speak with someone. When I contacted broadhollow psychotherapy to schedule an appointment, I first had to submit all of the forms and copies of my insurance card before they would make an appointment. During the texts back and forth, I was told that they do take my insurance. When I let them know that my forms were complete, they told me that someone would contact me the following Monday.
