I am not one to ever write bad reviews but I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by a lovely man when my car broke down and I had to temporarily park in your private car park. I understand that it is a private car park, and I had no intention of staying there longer than necessary. However, my car had serious mechanical issues, and I was stranded far from home after a two hour drive. I’m never one to posts reviews however I am in shock. I was with my friend here when her car incident occurred, and I have to say, I was absolutely appalled by the way we were treated. I've never seen someone so distressed over what should have been a simple, understandable situation. My friend’s car had broken down after a long drive, and she was forced to park temporarily in a private lot while waiting for assistance.
