No problems - smooth transaction
Terrible company. Terrible customer service. I received a duffle bag as a gift. The bag is NEW, with tags still attached, and Broad Bay Cotton REFUSES to exchange the bag for a like item, different team, even with me paying for any price difference. I actually sent the bag to them for an exchange, and it took several phone calls and weeks for them to tell me they are refusing to exchange the bag. They ended up mailing my bag back to me! Unbelievable! BUYER BEWARE!
