I have done contract work with Broadband America for years now. They have always been fair with me. I have always had the support I needed, if it was extra time to complete more complicated work or additional information from the NOC. I have stopped working for most of the national contractors but will always be happy to work with Broadband America.

Horrible, don't waste your time. Attempted to hire this company 3 times to run data and voice lines in my office. The first 2 appointments there office scheduled were no shows. And in the final appointment there tech looked at the 3 cubicles to be wired with me. Then after saying he was going to get wire from his van he drove away.

Despite an obviously quality install by their techs, after repeated troubleshooting, power cycling, and technician visits, this companies service's are clearly totally unreliable. Upon speaking to a couple of the techs, who all visited my property multiple times, to attempt to repair their inferior services, I came to get to know them. And I can see, underpinning their failed services is failed management.
