The Grounds are nice. But the inside is not so great. My Aunt is here and they havent come in her room for 2 days to clean nor empty the trash. The bathroom floor is disgusting. The pictures don't really show how bad it is. Noone knows we are here and Noone has come in to check to see if she is ok if she needs anything. She is in a wheelchair with a broken knee and femur. The Aids on the East side are very unpleasant. They act as if your bothering them. Her floor is gross its sticky. She has to ask for her bed to be changed.... read more

I had rehab for shoulder surgery back in January through March and was very happy with the results. The staff were really great and were a lot of fun to work with.

I will give a one star just for customer service, not for the therapy but for the customer service. a Lady named Kelly was very rude to me on the phone.
