I had an awesome experience hiring a full suspension Pivot E Bike. Very good value for money and great service even with 2 flat tyres happening in the first hour. Great experience!!
I was bikepacking the TA and brought my bike into have the tires rotated, new pads, and a brake bleed since they were a bit spongy. I explained to the manager Aiden (I think) that I was running a Wheeltop Groupset from China and that it was similar to Shimano. I also spoke to the mechanic, Teebow (sorry about the misspelling) who was very cool. However I sensed some attitude from the manager and he kind of dismissed me. I went in for a New Derailer and new hanger as I had broken mine and the lovely guy in the store got me sorted with a new derailer and had the bike back up and running within two hours of me entering the store 100% recommend

Amazing service and super friendly staff. We had a fantastic ride on e bikes along the Shotover river gorge trail to canyon brewing for lunch and back to town.
