I have used various tax services over the years due to relocation. Given the type of work I do, my taxes can be complicated. Mr. Brncic was able to complete my taxes promptly, explain various options, and discuss future scenarios in a layperson's terms. Numbers sent to IRS does not match my return. I am a basic clerical worker. never in my life have I had to pay such a large amount of taxes, and be charged 30 percent of what I'm suppose to get If this was to happen and they would've notified me before payment that would be okay. However, after they took my payment, they only discussed me owing state tax. They submitted my return using the amount I paid on preparation invoice. My return was 1000.00 less than expected amount.
