Always helpful and does some of the best service on your guns and beats all the others on price
The company is work for used them for a service welding and repair, I found their interaction pleasant and speedy. Their techs were professional and overly helpful with another issue I’d seen at another store. I was offered parts to repair another location, sure they charged the company but saved me from ordering parts and longer delays. Absolutely would recommend and told them I’d leave a review!!! Kudos guys you went above and beyond and saved two locations.
Bill was very helpful and attentive. BRM is an authorized Simpson product dealer and their prices are much better than Lowes or Home Depot.
