Poorly operated. Poorly staffed. One employee even told me that he would never board his own dogs there. Little play time, and locked inside their excrement filled cages. Just look at the reviews at their other location. Obviously there's a lack of communication, expectations, and definitely NO leadership. Turn tail and run!! We found out that the boarder we were using shut their doors TWO days before our vacation, so happy my wife found Britt's! Our rotty Shelby is a bit finicky when it comes to new people but the staff here at Britt's was absolutely awesome with her! We will definitely be using Britt's Bow Wow from now on and highly recommend them!
I left our half feral cat with them for 6 days. We were not let back to see the kennel where they put her when we dropped her off. When we got back from our vacation, we went back to this painted shed with no insulation, and just inside the door, our cat was in a 2'x2' cage! She was hid under her bed very stressed out, from barking dogs, and smelled very bad of dogs! We were told she could bring her toys, which was still stuffed in a bag we took. Great experience! This was my first time boarding my dog, very impressed. The price was very reasonable. My puppy and his bedding were cleaned and smelled great. I’ll definitely be using Britt’s again!!!
We boarded our 2 dogs with Britt’s for a week. It was the first time boarding our dogs and we were really nervous. I asked if they could send us pictures and they did several times throughout the week. They even took them out for a play time we didn’t pay for! Upon returning they told us our dogs are very sweet and did great. They had washed their food and water bowls for us, and the pillow we brought. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone in need of pet boarding.
We have been taking our pets to Britt's for at least 16 years. Hard to believe its been that many years! They've always cared for our pets to the highest standard. I am not sure about other pet boarding places, but Britt's allows us to board our two dogs together rather than in separate kennels. They love to be together and are more comfortable with each other together. Plus double occupancy has been cheaper.
