Just picked up Lulu & Phoebe from spending a week with you, Brits Bow Wow. I was impressed with the attention, Photo updates, and great loving care my girls received. Valerie and Cassandra were amazing! Much thanks to other staff too! Very affordable!I enjoyed my vacation even more because I knew my girls were in great hands. Thank you and I will definitely be back for doggy day care and over night care♥️
RecommendedAll I can say is amazing! Jennifer and her colleagues at Britt’s Bow Wow as complicated international traveling and expensive as it, they worked SO hard to work with us and make it happen for our Pup Bean! I could not be more grateful for their patience and consistency. After so many quotes and so many different levels of customer care, they were by far the best and they insured my Bean stayed safe and comfortable throughout his whole trip. I can not rave enough about the staff and I’m so happy I went with Britts Bow Wow!!

Initially i wrote a bad review for this company. But after concluding that my dog is stubborn and needs multiple prompts even from me his owner. He did have different behaviors upon coming home from the facility but, i was instructed that this may be due to new environments. I am a volunteer rescue transport driver. our rescue utilizes Britts to keep our dogs safe until I can come to pick them up. Renee and Valerie are just amazing to work with. We work as a team and we have transferred up to 18 dogs flawlessly. The facilities are top notch. So clean and they genuinely care for the animals entrusted to them. Exposed baseboard heating panels all over the place and around the dog kennels. There are no vents anywhere, I assume this place stays warm by turning them on and risking burning your dog 24/7. You lot lost a customer.

Thank you for your concerns. The dogs are not exposed to the baseboards as they are below the runs to warm the platform they lay on. The kennel design hasn’t changed in 60 years and functions great; that’s why it hasn’t changed. Covers are routinely removed to allow for cleaning of the coils and ensure the safety of everyone who chooses to stay at Britt’s.
our dog has been staying with the crew since he was a year old and he's 11 now. they're a great loving family
They did an excellent job grooming one of my dogs that they called "wiggle butt" because he wouldn't keep still while they groomed him. They were still able to make my poodle look good. Deborah
