Brittany has been my massage therapist for a few years and is (by far) one of the best. I have seen many different massage therapists over the years, trying to find someone who can provide relief and make a difference, and I found that in Brittany. She uses different techniques for different problem areas which I always find work and will provide you with exercises to do at home, if and when needed.
