Beware there’s a lady name Jackie that’s very rude. She made up her own price $34 when the menu says $18 for wash & blow. And instead of talking to me like a human being she got very nasty to the point her students felt uncomfortable for me, had me wait an hour & didn’t even give me my change, she said she ain’t have enough. Never coming here again!
Ms. Sheila Cato’s Zoom classes were the highlight of my Esthetics hybrid experience at Brittany Beauty Academy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and empathy. She made every student feel valued and supported, and went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared for state boards. If you’re considering the hybrid program, you’re in great hands with instructors like Ms. Sheila. Thank you!

Today I visited the school with my granddaughter. We had facials and our hair done. The teachers Ms. Yona, Ms. Aurora, Ms. Jackie took such good care of me and they were very professional. My granddaughter has even decided to sign up for the Esthetics program. Thank you to all the staff and students for providing a great service, attentive to details and my personal needs. They were all very respectful and compassionate. I will recommend the academy 100%. Thank you to all.
I absolutely love this school! 🤍 Once I started going in person, everything changed for me. Ms. Yona is truly the sweetest and one of the best teachers ever she’s so supportive, patient, and makes learning such an amazing hands-on experience. I’m so grateful for her! ✨
