Brittany did it again! Such a great photographer to work with. We are not easy or natural in front of the camera to begin with and throw in the fact that I have 2 teenage boys that are embarrassed by everything, this creates a challenge for sure. We still have photos hanging on the wall from when the kids were young that we cherish. I would use Brittany again and again. She is affordable and I have always been so happy with the results. If you are looking for a down to earth, wonderful photographer, Brittany is your girl! We met Brittany about 4 years ago. We've worked with Brittany a few years in a row now and I am still amazed at how she can pull these room-brightening smiles out of my timid toddler year after year. We have been using Brittany as our family photographer for almost 8 years and couldn’t be happier with the memories she has captured of our family! Update: Her reply to low rated review is a bold face lie! She did not offer a refund and I absolutely stopped reading her reply to my review because of the lies in it. What you were doing is wrong and you know it. I don’t think it’s how you normally run business, and I hope that you don’t ever again, but at least be honest about treating people in a bad way.
