I hired Britni to provide head shots. She sent me proofs. I chose the five and then I didn’t hear from her, so I sent her a follow up text two days before the deadline to find out if they were ready. She never responded. I responded the next day and the day after she finally responded and I told her the day had already passed. I then asked for a refund which she agreed to and said she would pay me two days later. She did not pay me.
