We've taken the englewood cliffs location. The instructors *did not show up twice* (no show) without any notice, so my 7-year-old daughter and I waited for 30 minutes for nothing. The instructor came for the next class, saw us, and simply walked past without any apology. I requested a full refund for the remaining classes but they refused, so we will basically waist our money on the classes not taking. I want to express my deep frustration and disappointment with this swimming school, specifically regarding the Paramus pool closures and the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and communication from their team. British swim school at the LA Fitness location has been great so far. My son is learning survival skills in the water which is something I need with a large body of water in my backyard.
Repeated service failures and misleading practices by British Swim School, resulting in my toddler son not receiving proper swim instruction for over two months—despite the business continuing to charge me without providing the promised service.
Great swim school! The pool is always clean, and the instructors are kind and professional. My child loves coming here every week!
