We had a great first lesson with Miss Sarah! She is very knowledgeable and good with young swimmers.

⭐ 1 Star — Avoid This Swim School. The Owner Refuses to Take Accountability. Our experience with British Swim School was unacceptable. Over 1.5 months, I paid $300 and received only 2 lessons. Absolutely do not recommend this swim school. We paid for 1.5 months of lessons and received only two classes due to repeated cancellations, pool closures, and an instructor no-show. Editing this review because of the bad experience we had. We had a make up class scheduled for Sept 25th. They did not inform us that they would be cancelling the class due to water tempt being cold. We were already there when they told us that the class was cancelled. And this week, they want us to take the make up class in Englewood Cliffs or we forfeit it because we are no longer enrolled in the program. How is this fair?! This just reaffirms our decision not to continue with the program!
