Instructor is very rude to the LA fitness members in the pool. They were “using” 2 of the three lanes but really they used half of one lane with one student. Meanwhile 6 LAF members were trying to share one free lane they left.
We had a genuinely awful experience at this location, and I would strongly caution other parents before enrolling. First, the facility itself is not set up for families with babies. There are no proper changing areas, no diaper stations, and no convenient space to keep your belongings. For a swimming program that caters to babies, that’s a basic expectation and it’s completely missing. The class itself was even more concerning. Love this place and staff!! My son enjoys his classes and they help him learn properly!
The teachers here are truly exceptional, combining expertise, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching. The customer service(Tonya) is equally outstanding friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. My child was able to master techniques in just 6 weeks that typically take 2 years to learn at other schools! The quality of instruction and the supportive environment make this place a standout. Highly recommend!
