Amazing swim school! My son's instructor name PRANAV SHORI is really the best instructor. I never feel nervous because I saw how he take good care of my son, though my son is kind of handful but he learned fast from his instructor. My son is excited to attend his class. Amazing service and great instructor! Highly recommended!!!
Instructors are good and take care of kids well.
Very poor service. There’s no one available to resolve issues. They cancel classes at the last minute, and you’re forced to send multiple emails just to request a makeup class. No one ever answers the phone—you have to email and wait for a delayed response. The quality of the classes is inconsistent and depends entirely on the instructor. Almost every week there was a new instructor, which made the experience even worse.
