After over a year of being a customer with them, I just received one email that just triggered this review. I would like to say that the swimming instructors are good people who really do have the wellbeing of the children at heart ( this is why I am still staying), HOWEVER , there is a strong disconnect with the way administration is treating customers, regardless of the history. My two children are progressing well and love their lessons. The staff keeps us updated on their progress and things we can do to help. Staff work very well with the children and help them to enjoy as they learn in a safe environment.
