Coach Colby helped my little 9 month year old become comfortable with being in the water! Highly recommend this place.
Our two kids (now 3 & 5) have been at BSS (Lafayette location) for almost 2 yrs. While our experience has been somewhat mixed overall, I wanted to take a moment to highlight how wonderful two of their staff/coaches have been: (1) Coach Fisher, and (2) lead coach/instructor Liz. We have experienced issues with stability & inconsistent coaching skills with other BSS coaches, which definitely contributed to some major regression for both our kids, but esp our 3yo. Highly recommend! My son used to be afraid of the water and couldn’t put his face in. After a few lessons with Coach Fisher, he can almost float on his own and put his face fully under the water! Coach Fisher is amazing and I’m very pleased with my son’s progress at this school!
Highly recommend The British Swim School. Here is my experience. Nikki Taylor is the owner of The British Swim School in Lafayette and she is fantastic. Nikki is fun, down to earth and truly a pleasure to work with. She loves what she does and truly cares about the kids, parents and her team. Coach Fischer, is an excellent swim coach and our daughter is excited for each of her lessons with him. Coach is very connected with our daughter and he knows her strengths and weaknesses very well, they understand each other and she excels with his direction. What is the BEST thing about Coach Fisher absolutely EVERYTHING.
