So far, my grand twins have had a positive experience. The class size is small and the instructors seem to be kid friendly. However, I wish the class was longer than 30 minutes.
Unprofessional and Unqualified This swim program is a complete disappointment. There is zero accountability—staff avoid responsibility, ignore concerns, and offer no real communication. Even worse, the instructors clearly don’t know how to teach. There’s no structure, no progress, and no sign that they’re qualified to be working with kids. Extremely unorganized and not worth the time or money. Avoid this place.
