Find a different swim school - plenty of better options. Terrible service - terrible responsiveness. Same owner has only 1 star reviews at his other location as well. Not like the British swim school in other locations like the pingry. they rent a lane from a competing swim school and clearly don’t deliver what you pay for. Never picks up the phone and email response is delayed or non existent. I’m sure I’ll get a response now though
