The instructors are very nice. However, we had a poor experience. My children learned nothing. We paid 500 dollars and all they wanted to teach my children was how to get in and out of the pool safely, and how to float on their backs. NOTHING ELSE. It was a complete waste of money and time. I took swimming in college and private swim lessons and I learned a lot more for a lot less money. I wish I could get a refund from British Swim School, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
