Staff are always on alert for student safety, and very engaged with lessons! I’ve never noticed an instructor not paying attention. I’ve also been impressed every lesson by how intuitive instructors are to a child’s initial skill, daily progress, and comfort level. They are encouraging, and there’s perfect balance between firm “Ok now it’s time to do this” and “I can tell this is scary, let’s take a moment”. Both my sons loved going to British swim school. The instructors are really patient and they help my kids train them . kim kane and jazzlyn are really good . They make sure the kids are safe swimmers and move up them .
The British swim school was very organized and gave personalized training to my grandson while he was in Pennsylvania. They were always very friendly and eager to answer any questions that I had.
