The BSS program, at its core, is a great program for very young swimmers. The deck ambassadors are the sweetest and really pleasant and helpful. Weve been members of 2 different franchises over 4 years. However, the way this one is run, especially the Morristown and Parsippany pools, make them very ill-fitted for families of young children. we thought this would be different experience but turns out to be the worse. My daughter has joined BSS almost. year ago, but she is still in the same class. They just leave kids in the pool and ask them to swim. Today, I watched 4 kids in the pool, swimming without an instructor in the water, even thought there were 3 outside the pool either on their phone or talking to each other. I watched them for 30 min and not a single time they talk to any of the students about the swimming technique.
