I have raised this issue with British swim and LA fitness. It’s never okay to neglect a space where kids swim, mold and mildew isn’t okay at all. Very nasty and disgusting.
I keep trying to give this company a chance so I give my child stability but it’s not worth it. Simple thing as cleaning the floor pool area can’t be done. It’s sad
The on site Instructors are patient and care about their clients. Classes are organized and someone in addition to Instructor are overseeing the on site classes.
