We’ve had an amazing expierence at BSS so far! My son looks forward to lessons each week and the staff are friendly, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable! So grateful to have found this program!

My kids have been taking lessons with coach Genevive, coach Riley and coach Makayla for the past 12 months and the progress has been incredible. They started as hesitant beginners who avoided putting their faces in the water, but the patience and the encouragement of the coaches made them feel safe and excited to learn. They using fun steps with great demonstration. Thanks to all these amazing coaches the kids are in love with the swimming and are always happy to go back to learn and improve more techniques.

We signed our daughter up for swim classes here and have had a really frustrating experience. The pool was frequently closed and classes were moved or cancelled at the last minute, which made it really hard to plan around with a family schedule. We eventually requested to drop the classes because of all the disruptions. Even after that, we’ve been waiting for someone to call us back about a refund, and we somehow still ended up being charged for the full month, even though the majority of the classes were moved or cancelled.... read more

All of the instructors are very nice and have experience working with kids. My daughter loves going to swimming classes. They helped her get over the fear of water very fast to the point that now, 3 months later, she’s diving for toys. I highly recommend British Swim School!
