I’ve been a customer since June 2025 and British Swim school was very accommodating to my schedule and allowed for absences to be reported and for makeups to be scheduled. My overall experience was great up until I put my notice in one year and three months later, as I felt, my daughter was at a point where she was a confident swimmer and can continue her swimming skills outside of the school. Great teachers and coaches that are very friendly and great with the kids! Scott, Ellie and Lizzy are particularly great with our kids!

I absolutely the British Swim school! There’s an app which makes it really easy to report an absence. The staff members are always willing to help! Scott has helped me with scheduling a make up and finding a class to enroll my son into and then even took the time to fit both my kids into the same class to better manage my schedule. Ivy, Lizzy, Quinn have worked with my kids and they are very patient and encouraging with my 5 and 7 year old and have increased the water skills and confidence! The Santa Rosa class at the Hilton Garden Inn has been perfect for my son. He absolutely loves the teachers and lifeguard/hosts. The pool is small, making it welcoming for timid swimmers. Scott, one of the lifeguard/hosts, is especially kind and incredibly encouraging to all the kids -- even if he's soaking wet from having to jump into the pool with street clothes.
