My grandkids love swimming here and have learned so much already. Instructors are knowledgeable and caring. I am feeling safer with them near our pool.
British Swim School has been great for my 3 year daughter. She’s slowly learning to become comfortable in the pool, kick and put her head under water. The instructors are patient and caring.
Update: Thank you for the response, but this reply continues to mischaracterize the situation and does not resolve the issue. To be very clear for anyone reading: this was a one-time session for a young child, which lasted approximately five minutes. At no point was it clearly disclosed—verbally or in writing—that attending this short presentation would result in automatic enrollment and charges totaling $230.
