We had a wonderful first experience with British Swim School for our 3.7-year-old daughter. As it was her very first time in the water, we were a little nervous, but the instructors made her feel comfortable and safe from the beginning. The swim instructors and program are AMAZING. My child has made great progress in the program over the last year. Unfortunately this is over shadowed by an extremely rude and disrespectful person answering the phones. When I first registered my daughter they sent me an email telling me to go to an incorrect location for the first class. After missing the first class because of this they never apologized or gave me a make up class instead they blamed me for their error. The British Swim School has been a true game changer for my 8 year old daughter. Although she has tried several other swim programs, this is the only one she has genuinely enjoyed, felt comfortable in, and experienced significant growth in her swimming skills. Her instructor provides thoughtful, constructive, and encouraging feedback, which has helped her feel safe and confident in the water.
