Our three little ones are enjoying their class. Their teacher is doing great with them. Apologies. I forgot his name. My son, Abel, was a bit scared, but their teacher is very trustworthy and patient with them. Now my son can do such a great job.

My experience with British Swim School at the Richmond location inside City Sports Club was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This did not feel like a true child-focused swim program. It felt more like a rented lane inside an adult gym pool, being presented as a children’s swim school. When you enroll a young child in a swim class, you expect an environment designed for children and families. That is not what I found here. Lately this school is not doing good, no good instructors anymore all rookies. When I enrolled my son he had good teachers but she left and after the new teacher keeps calling sick every other week and yesterday he had new teacher which they didn't even notify us and his usual teacher was the admin or the person sit there to help.And, they ended the class 2 mins early which I wasn't happy about because we are paying $200 a month for 30 mins a class and when there is multiple kids each kids only get about 10 Mins learning tim... read more
