Update to my last review: I received a call back from the management and it is all good. I do want to mention the experience and environment for the swimming class was great. It was just about the management side which needs to be improved.
Elise is the most intuitive and talented swim coach we have met. She knows how to talk to children and has insight allowing them to improve with her feedback. We love her
