Had a great experience at British swim school McKinney! Love the staff and instructors very friendly and easy to work with. would recommend to my friends who are in look out for swim lessons.
I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you are an adult wanting to learn how to swim later in life, do not come here. The communication with management was extremely poor with multiple time, date and location mix ups. Also the instructors were apathetic about teaching adult lessons except for one instructor who I could not train with consistently due to a lack of care for my lessons. “We’ve had a wonderful experience at this swimming school. The instructors are skilled, supportive, and give personal attention to every student. The classes are well-structured, safe, and focused on building confidence and technique. My child looks forward to every lesson and has made great progress. Highly recommended for both beginners and advanced learners!”
