"Kevin at the front desk is truly exceptional! More than just a receptionist, he warmly greets everyone and motivates you to have an awesome workout. He always takes the time to remind you of the various training and workout options available. Kevin goes above and beyond, often seen walking around the gym re-racking weights and sweeping, making the space noticeably cleaner during his shifts." Thank you, Kevin for ALL that you do!
Had scheduled my son’s swimming appointment for 10:00 am and no one showed up for his swimming lesson. I received a text saying the instructor was late due to weather but after the text I waited for 30 minutes and still no one showed up. I am very disappointed in the system
I joined for a few lessons but I am planning to continue. The distance from my home is perfect. The instructor (Liz) was my favorite. Flexibility of schedule was perfect.
I’ve had a wonderful experience at 24 Hour Fitness Castle Hill! The gym is always clean, well-organized, and very well maintained, making it a great environment to work out in. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager, Brett, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and supported. You can tell that the whole team genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for their members. I always look forward to coming here — it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been a part of!
