Had a very bad experience - I got 4 adult swim classes, had to cancel a couple of classes since I had the flu and it said my classes are valid for makeup for 3 months after. Now when I’m trying to book a makeup class, they are saying my subscription is not valid and I need to resubscribe to their monthly plan. There was no prior information provided and I’ve been trying to reach out but no response on this. Each class is very expensive, effectively took my money and denying me classes!!
Over the course of 7 months, our daughter has gone from being able to swim across the pool to doing laps for an hour with a variety of strokes. The instructors make swimming fun yet challenging. We've enjoyed the new Kona Kai location, which has significantly more space for the swimmers.
There will continue charging you even after cancellations and good luck getting your money back
