I was using a swim lane when a class started at 4pm and was suddenly told I had to leave. The instructors had been sitting there beforehand but didn’t give any warning that the lane would be needed. By the time they told me, the other lanes were already full. A simple 5–10 minute heads-up would have solved the issue. Poor communication and frustrating experience.
British Swim School was excellent! My kids loved it and the teachers were high quality and gave good feedback to the parents. I highly recommend them!
