My kids learning step by step. Instructors are well trained, passionate, loving people. My kids enjoy practicing in British Swim School. Yes, I recommend this academy for swimming.
Disappointed with Communication and Organization We’ve had a frustrating experience with the school in Livermore, particularly around their one-on-one swim classes. On multiple occasions, we showed up for scheduled sessions only to find out — after we arrived — that our regular coach was unavailable. We’ve been with British Swim School for over a year and love it! My daughter is still a beginner, but she’s made great progress thanks to their patient and skill-based approach. Coach Serenity and Coach Noah are fantastic with her. I also took lessons with Coach Noah — he was amazing and made it really comfortable as an adult learner. The admin team is super helpful too, especially with scheduling and make-ups. Highly recommend for both kids and adults!
