Could have given 0! teachers are nice, but they are changing every session. No customer service, no response to calls and emails, multiple emails and call went un responded, app service is the worst and is useless. The location in 24 hr fitness Glendale was not clean, elevator is always out of service, and is greasy and dirty, the stairs are also rusty and dirty and kind of scary for kids. Checked the Burbank location and that was all clean and nothing like Glendale location. With all advertising and reviews i was disappoint... read more
Love this swim school. Teachers are patient and kind especially Mr Anthony and Miss Carly. My daughter has progressed nicely and I now feel confident letting her swim alone now.
