From our very first interaction with Olivia, who answered all of our questions via email so promptly and thank you to Jay who welcomed us and always greets our kid with a smile, a high five, and a how are you from the very first class! We’ve been very happy with lessons at BSS the past 10 months. All of the instructors are great and have a very gentle and playful approach. My son has loved all of them. We’ve seen steady progress through the various classes and really love how the focus is firstly being water safe. We’ve done classes at the Glendale and Burbank locations. The Burbank location Is a little bit cleaner (24 hr fitness) and easier to park. Definitely recommend to anyone we can!
Our baby girl has been coming to this swimming class for almost 3 years now. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and coaches specially Carlie. Super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work.
