British swim school of Cleveland has changed the game for our family. We have had swim lessons elsewhere and it was a very traumatic experience for my son. The teacher was not compassionate or kind and pushed him too hard. He never enjoyed it which led us to eventually withdrawing. We were searching for a place like this in town and are so happy to work with Mr. Raymond. My daughter has been in the program for a month. This program makes sure she is safe and comfortable in the water starting from the basics. She has been in many swimming programs and this one is unique. The class size is small so that is a great benefit. Right now she is one-on-one. There is a parent portal that makes it easy to communicate and pay, change schedule for absence. Since I'm in Georgia this is a closer location vs other Chattanooga areas.
