Had at appt at 11:15 to use a gift card I was given. Showed up at 10:45 and waited for 35 minutes. No one showed up. What a disappointing waste of time.
We paid in advance for couples massage. It was closed when we got there and we found out they've gone out of business. No refund, no cancellation, no comment at all. Filing a dispute through our credit card and if any other locations exist we'll never do business with them again.
My first experience with this spa was last year after my mother purchased a gift card for my birthday. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with a scalp and foot massage added on to that along with the Mayfair mani/pedi with Shellac. This was such a great experience and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I receive massages through my insurance for headaches so I hadn't made it back in again, but every time my partner and I pass by I mention to him that we should do a couple's spa day there.
