Reserved transportation from home to medical appointment last week -- husband in wheelchair, gave details of weight, wheelchair, home access to make it clear the physical strength involved to safely transport him. The pick-up was on time and went very smoothly. I have used them for the past 6 months, and so far they were great. This time around, when I had them pick my Mom and her caregiver up to take her to a CT Scan apointment for the status on a brain bleed and stroke she had two weeks ago, the driver that picked them up couldn't speak any English and had no idea where he was picking them up from....or that's what I gathered from his extremely poor English. I scheduled a ********************* at 3am for an early morning flight. I called the day before to confirm and was told everything was set. The van didn't show up, and when I called, I was told that the trip was canceled the night before by dispatch because they didn't have a driver. No call, no email. We almost missed our flight because finding alternate transport at 3am is nearly impossible.

I booked a trips for this week so I can get a ride home after work. What happen was that on Saturday 8/6. I have my ride booked for 11:15pm but the cab showed up about 30 minute early and didn't wait til 11:15. They called and i missed the call. I called right back and got hung up. I call the office to see whats going on and was told there no trip for me cause i was late and didn't answer the calls which is untrue. Horrid service. Owner is very uncaring and rude. Called to explain the service came 30 mins early and due to my daughters condition she could not be ready at that time. The owner said she didnt even have time to listen to what happened and my daughter needed alternative transportation and hung up. I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life. Avoid at all costs!!
